Does the Pool have WIFI?

Will I need to use my Mobile Access App each time I go to the pool?

YES. The main pool gate remains locked at all times and use of the phone app is required for your family to enter pool and tennis gates.

Who can use our family’s Mobile Access App?

Only those individuals permanently residing in Carrington and and paying Members are eligible for uploading the mobile access phone app.

What is the procedure for bringing a guest?

Due to pool capacity limitations we are no longer allowing outside members to bring guests.

What are the Pool Hours?

NOTE: As mentioned above, the mobile access phone app will allow ADULTS to utilize the pool (at their own risk) 24/7 throughout the year. Starting mid-May (when we officially open) swimming/lap exercise, sun bathing, or simply relaxing outside of the pool hours noted above are allowed during posted family pool hours when lifeguards are present. Outside of posted hours, Adults only can use the pool. Anyone under 18 cannot be at the pool facility even if accompanied by their parents or another adult.  If children under the age of 18 are reported as using the pool outside of normal business hours, the entire family WILL HAVE THEIR pool membership privileges removed.
