Will I need my access card each time I go to the pool?

YES. The main pool gate remains locked during normal open swim hours and access card is required for your family to enter pool gate and you still may be asked by the lifeguards to show your card as your identification for being a Carrington member.

Who can use our family’s access card(s)?

Only those individuals permanently residing in Carrington and included within your Waiver (or owners, if you are an absentee owner) and paying Members are eligible for an access card.

What is the procedure for bringing a guest?

Due to pool capacity limitations we are no longer allowing guests.

If you are a Carrington Property Owner and are going to have guests in your home for an extended time, please contact us for a special arrangement for them. No person whose pool privileges are revoked or suspended may be a guest of another member.

NOTE:The lifeguards WILL NOT have the access cards at the pool for distribution. They are controlled by the Board and are only to be obtained from Carrington POA. Access cards will not be issued to homeowners who have not completed and returned their waiver, have a delinquent balance with the association, or have an outstanding architectural or maintenance violation on their home or lot. These matters must be fully resolved before access cards are issued or your application put on file at the pool.

NOTE: As mentioned above, member access cards will allow ADULTs to utilize the pool (at their own risk) 24/7 throughout the year. Starting May 14th (when we officially open) swimming/lap exercise, sun bathing, or simply relaxing outside of the pool hours noted above are allowed FOR ADULTS ONLY. At NO TIME are kids under the age of 18 allowed to accompany adults during usage of the pool facility outside of the hours noted above. If kids under the age of 18 are reported as using the pool outside of normal business hours, the entire family WILL HAVE THEIR pool membership privileges removed. This is your warning!!!
